Sylvia Furegatti – Notes on the artistic trajectory

The video is part of the selection for the Cultura Presente Award of the City Council of Culture of Campinas, edition 2021. It presents a selected set of artistic works by Sylvia Furegatti produced over the last decades.

Aspects of spatiality and materiality of the artist’s production are conducted through the following guiding axes: installations and artistic objects; artist books; curatorship; urban interventions and other landscapes as generators of actions and reflections around the relationship between art, landscape and nature in contemporary times.
